A lot of mommies showed up! Hula is good for babies and mommies! Also it's so great for pregnant mamas! Low impact, workout! We were all sweating! Some mommies were holding 15 kilo babies in our arms (Well at least i was! Avvies is almost 15 kilo!)
沢山のママと小さなケイキが集まりました。フラは親子でやるのもいいですよ！また、妊娠中のお母さんにいいエクササイズにもなります。何人かのママたちは15キロもある子供を抱っこしながら頑張って踊っていました。皆でいい汗かきましたね。
Azabu Gals
Azabu Booties' hula is looking so nice! They are on it! Together! Smiling! They had a choice to do Holo Wa'apa or Lei Pikake and they chose the harder of the two: Lei Pikake! Their dancing is improving rapidly! I call them the "Fabulous Three!" You'll see their picture soon!
