Avvie's Metamorphoses
It was at moments like this where Avvie looked up in the sky and could see the rainbow she dances about. She could see the trees swaying---- just as she sways her arm to mimic the tree. Art reflects Nature.
アビが空を見上げると、虹が見え、風に揺れているやしの木があります。 そう！まさにアビがフラダンスでそれらのハワイの自然を手で表現するのと同じです。
Wherever we went, Avvie had the opportunity to dance.. She danced by the pool, at the Church, at the shave ice stand, at every resturant, in Kona, in Honolulu, iIn Boise, . . I could go on, and on about where she danced. All this dancing turned her into miss aloha!
アビはどこへ行ってもフラを踊っていました。プールサイド、教会、シェーブアイス屋、レストラン、、、etc。コナでもホノルルでもそしてボイジーでも。
Dancing on a warm Kona Night--onn Auntie Janet's Lanai---You could say the whole living room was a lanai! Avvie danced there often with Joe singing for her.
