Hot Hula
Do you want to try HOT HULA?

time :7:15pm- (about 30mim)
location: Ikebukuro hot yoga studio "Asyik" from JR Ikebukuro West Exit 5min
Bring your own bath sized towel and your own water. OR You can rent a towel and buy water at the studio.
Cost is free! But this is a one time offer, (because this is a trial lesson)--so pelase try to come and try a new style of Hula!!
The room that max is 15 people.

10月28日 7時15分より、池袋のホットヨガスタジオ アシークにて行います。
各自タオルと水を用意してください。（スタジオでタオルレンタル、水の購入可能です。）
その他、費用は今回のみフリーです。終了後に感想、意見をお願いします。
また、トライアルなので、スタジオスタッフの方も一緒に行います。
只、スタジオに入れる人数に限りがあるので、参加ご希望の方は早めに連絡ください。
